Polar Bears are mammals that live typically in Antarctica. Due to the fact of global warming they are dying off. People automatically assume it is because the ice melting with the concern of no location to live, but in fact it is mostly because of ice melting, their food source is significantly decreasing. Polar bears depend on seals for their main source of food, as the ice is thick, the polar bears wait hunting for hours to snatch a bit of a seal when they are making breathing holes in the sea ice. Because of global warming the ice is melting which forces bears to swim or walk long distances for food by the remaining ice that is left. However, the results of global warming is affecting all species of life not just polar bears and we should be aware of us failing our planet.
